Mission Analytics Group, Inc. provides this website as a resource as part of our activities as the independent risk management contractor. The risk management contract supports the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the state's 21 regional centers in monitoring and mitigating risks of adverse events.

New Special Incident Reporting Regulations went into effect May 1, 2026. Resources including reporting guidelines and training videos are available on the DDS Risk Management Page.

As the risk management contractor, Mission Analytics is assisting DDS in tracking issues that arise with the roll out of the new regulations.
